ABOUT JANE
Jane Cundasamy
People often seek therapy when something in life feels confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to face alone. Having a space to reflect on these experiences with someone who is attentive and thoughtful can begin to bring about greater understanding and change.

“Meaningful change often begins within a reflective and supportive therapeutic relationship."
Integrative Psychotherapist
A space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of experiences.
I am an integrative psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and trainer with many years of experience supporting people facing a wide range of emotional and life difficulties. My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change often begins within a reflective and supportive therapeutic relationship.
My approach focuses on supporting people who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, or complex life experiences. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of experiences that may feel overwhelming or difficult to put into words. It is not about quick solutions, but about developing a deeper understanding of yourself, which can lead to more meaningful and lasting change.
Alongside my clinical practice, I have many years of experience supervising and training counsellors. I support both trainee and qualified therapists in developing their clinical work, reflective capacity, and confidence when working with complexity.
About the Name Iridescence
The name Iridescence reflects the way understanding can deepen when experiences are explored from different perspectives. In therapeutic work, new insights often emerge gradually as different aspects of experience come into view.
